it says: “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.”

First of all, you need to correct your website URL in WordPress settings https://gyazo.com/f9e71033c6d110bc8fabf7dea55d3420
It should start with https:// since you have SSL certificate on your website. Let us know if it helps.
