joseppanParticipantAJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.
Hi,
I am running out of patience with this error. I carry all day and I do not know what to do more.
I have deactivated all the plugins, I have activated the necessary, but there is no way to import the demo content.
I can not give you access because I have the website at Localhost.
Please I need help.
Thank you.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards

joseppanParticipantHi,
This is how I have it. I have not installed any plugin apart from these yours. I’m starting with the web and I still have not installed anything out of the template.

joseppanParticipantHi,
what credentials?
I’m working on localhost as I say in the first post.
If I have to wait for your answer, it’s already two days of work that I’ve lost.
Thanks.

joseppanParticipantHi,
everything remains the same.
Are they sure that in localhost the import works?
Thanks!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
What builder do you use? Send me an email, I will send you the backup with the installed theme with the demo. I will give the instruction on how to upload, if it does not work, it means that your local host is configured not correctly.
Best Regards

joseppanParticipantHi,
I respond to the email you sent me but I have not received a response yet.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The demo is over 800 MB and All in One WP migration would not accept this file. Do you have an All in One WP migration Pro? If you do not have you do not need to purchase.
If you do not, I will take time to find the plugin that is able to export-import such file size.
Best Regards

joseppanParticipantHello,
I think I’ll try to upload it online and try again. So I’ll know if it’s localhost problem, although it would be weird because both plugins and other things I can download them without problem.
I keep them informed.
Thank you.

joseppanParticipantHello!
I still do not have the online website, but I have a new question for you.
How can I control the columns on the category page? Now they leave 4 and I want 3.
I also want to eliminate the Hover zoom effect in the categories.
I imagine that all this is done by CSS since I do not see the options in order to retouch it within the configuration of your theme.
Thanks!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
If you mean the product categories in the content of the shop page, they inherit the shop page settings, you can set a number of columns in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Product grid.
As soon as your site is alive, list all the issues you want to change, we will check and give custom CSS.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
