I think the problem from your site I am sure 100%. becasue I installed prebuilt website version “7.0.3” before in the same comfiguration at my hosting wihtout any problem. other versions has the same error “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.”and it seems from all comments from all the users. you need to fix this error.

It means that the server can’t complete the request in a limited time. You need to increase this parameter to allow at least 180s to complete the request.
