I just purchase this theme and getting this error while trying to import “Black Friday” prebuild website: AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.

I am currently unable to access the website you mentioned due to an error. When attempting to retrieve the URL, I encountered a DNS resolution error.

Please follow the instructions of this manual:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/installation-process/

If you still have the problem, give access to the site. please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switch to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

And same credential, and make any changes you want . I have tried the manual installation before contacting you and at this point I really appreciate your help, we don’t need backup since I started this website from scratch and the first step is importing your prebuilt website.

I mentioned before that the url for my website that I provided was not correct and I apologized for that. Also, I provided the correct URl which is reviewmeview.ca.

We were exited to purchase your theme, but now getting frustrated how challenging it is to get it started. I really appreciate if you can help me get this dummy website imported.
