Ajax import error while importing Woodmart Electronics theme

Hi, i am receiving
AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.
Error while trying to import the Prebuilt website theme, ( woodmart electronics ) ..While other themes work ok. Checked all plugins, deactivated, also checked Cpanel settings, im out of idea now. Can someone please help?
