    Hello,

    Sorry to hear about that.

You had Masonry Grid enabled, it seems that is why the Columns are not appearing 5 because Masonry Grid is a different Grid style which does not have an equal grid style by default. So, once try disabling the Masonry Grid style on your Site for these Products and then check back your issue again.

If the issue still persists after disabling Masonry then, kindly, please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards

so why do I activate the masonry grid because the query to display the data is not appropriate for example I select the query for all products and order by date and I select descending but it doesn’t display the correct data and this is the data I want and this is also what I activate mansory grid https://pasteboard.co/50LSs3ny2x4I.png and this is when I disable the mansory grid so it doesn’t appear according to what’s newly uploaded https://pasteboard.co/GXlYhvwqq8lc.png

    Hello,

We are seeing a lot of third party Plugins on your Site. Could you please first take a complete Backup of your Site and then try disabling all the plugins that are not related to our Theme on your Site and then check back the issue again. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the conflict.

If the issue somehow still persists, then please provide us the permission to debug this issue on your Site thoroughly which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Best Regards
