Ajax scroll to top on pagination not working on shop / product archive pages.

Hello,

The page does not auto scroll to the top when paginating from pages 1 to 2 and so on….on the shop/product category or product archive pages.

Can you please help resolve this issue?

Please deactivate all plugins except these ones:

WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Please switch to the parent theme if you use the child.

After that, check the issue again, if the issue still persists, please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back. Also, please provide the access to the admin dashboard.

Thank you for the quick response. The website is live and disabling all plugins will cause issues. Can we set it up elsewhere on the staging URL to test it?

I have resolved the issue. The ajax of XforWoocommerce was clashing with the theme ajax.
