Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.35. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.
If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.
Best Regards

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Firstly, we want to apologize for all sorts of inconvenience caused in this regard.
Actually, we have now noticed on your Site that if we are previewing your Site with Logged In, it is showing fine but if we are previewing your Site without Logged In then it is showing the issue that you have addressed in your shared Video.
Now, we confirm this issue on our Test Site; we aren’t facing such an issue there. You can check our Test Site as well: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/
So, this issue is specifically happening on your Site. Mostly, this issue is related to Cache being the issue from the Server end because we have checked your Site in Elementor editor too, it is appearing fine there too.
So, could you please once contact your Hosting Provider in this regard and ask them to disable any sorts of Server Cache enabled and then flush it out completely and then check back your Site again after completely browser cache too without Logged In. Hopefully, your Site will appear fine by then.
Best Regards

hamza2007ezzatParticipantHello

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The problem is caused by a cache configuration on the server. You would better disable this cache on the server and use any cache plugin, like WP Rocket.
This server cache changes HTML of the page and generates a new page every time.
If you do not want to deactivate the server cache, you will need to clear the cache every time on site and on the server.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
