We recently started the construction of an e-commerce website, using the XTEMOS “Woodmart” theme
along with WooCommerce and WP ALL-Import.
Until some days ago, there was nothing wrong concerning the import of the products using the
WP All Import platform.
Recently, that changed, we are having some issues importing “variable products” in a manner
of importing and showing multiple attribute values in the front-end as a dropdown menu.
We could say that the .csv import is partially correct since the products are being uploaded but only one of the
product variations, the expected dropdown choices won’t show nonetheless.
We started double checking our options concerning the WP all import tool, but the result was the same.
To our surprise when we test uploaded the same .csv at the WP Sandbox with same options as before
it worked like a charm.
So that directs us to think that the problem is a conflict between WordPress, “Woodmart” and WpAllimport
We would like your insight on the matter and would appreciate any help.
