khoitd148ParticipantWhere: In mobile mode, at single product page
What happened: after scrolling through a long description, I hit another tab such as Shipping & Delivery tab, the screen will automatically scroll up (actually I think it looks for Description tab anchor point).
What I want: no unexpected moving, just stay still and give a dropdown after hitting any tab in single product page (no smooth scrolling to anchor points).
I recorded a video to visualize the problem but couldn’t upload due to file size limit < 512kb.
Let me know if you need any further information.Await for your response.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
This scroll is designed to avoid unexpected behavior with large tabs when you switch between them and don’t see the actual content. You can remove this from code only if you customize the file
js/functions.js
and remove the following part. You will need to disable JS modification in Theme Settings.Kind Regards

khoitd148ParticipantHi Artem,
I deleted the code but it doesn’t change the situation.
https://prnt.sc/whg8k7Please find in my video to better understand my problem: Youtube
At 0:11, the screen suddenly jumps to nowhere when I hit another tab button.

Artem TemosKeymasterYou need to disable JS modification in Theme Settings also.

khoitd148ParticipantCould you please guide me where it is?
I found no ‘JS modification’ button in Theme Settings tab. I’m using Woodmart 5.3.6January 7, 2021 at 7:45 am #256356
Artem TemosKeymasterMy apologies, I meant minification and not modification. And the actual option is called
Include minified JS
and you can find it here https://prnt.sc/wi2y71January 8, 2021 at 10:39 am #256720
khoitd148ParticipantHi,
I did, and the nothing changes…
– Disabled JS minification: https://prnt.sc/wix5vf
– Deleted code: https://prnt.sc/wix7anJanuary 8, 2021 at 12:05 pm #256770
Artem TemosKeymasterTry to clear your browser cache and check again. The scroll is now disabled and we don’t see it on your website.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
There is no scroll now https://gyazo.com/50a500c885736b00c1715a3d19ed7509
But as you can see, it is not possible to see the opened tab now because when the description tab is closed, the user stays at the bottom of the page.Kind Regards
