I have visited the URL you provided. The WoodMart sliders have the responsive options that you can set from the Edit slider from Slides.

You can try adjusting the responsive options for mobile and desktop. Then Clear cache and check back.

Sorry, but our theme doesn’t have such arrows style. It may require additional customization that is out of our theme support scope.
