    Please contact your host support and ask the fix this issue: API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.

    I see Basel elements shortcode. If it is possible, I would recommend to clean the site and install the new theme on a net WordPress installation.

    I not use Basel theme.
    I use Woodmart.
