Appearance – Wigdet showing blank page

Hello, I use product filter by adding from widget,
it’s been a while since i edit it, but now i need to add more filter via widget.
but when i tried to access Widget page, it shows only white / blank.

I cleared browser cache, website’s cache, but none worked.
do you have any suggestion how to solve this?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

it did worked normal before. i have added shop filters.
I have tried to update woocommerce (Version 5.5.2) now i can see the widget,
but it looks like a gutenberg block editor.
It still doesn’t work.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Note that WordPress has redesigned its widgets interface and now it works like Gutenberg. If you want to return the classic widgets interface you can install the following plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

i read somewhere that it’s probably occurred because of wordpress major update. (ver 5.8)
i tried to use the plugin, disabling block Widgets, and enable Classic Widgets.
and it’s now working normally. thank you for your suggestion!
