Are emails with the Basel Theme encoded?

Hello XTemos team, one question. When we add our email to the website on places such as the contact page or in the footer, is our email encoded or should we use a service like Email Adress Encoder (https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-address-encoder/) to avoid bots?

Thank you for the question.

Our theme doesn’t impact your emails configurations anyhow. So if you place your email to your footer then, of course, you may face spam bots problem. Unfortunately, we didn’t test any plugins for email encodings and can’t say how it will work with our theme.
