Arrows not shown in ‘banner carouel’ element

    Hi there,

    I added a ‘banner carouel’ element in my home page (first element in this page): http://t2.d523.dinaserver.com/

    Problem is that the Navigation Arrows are not shown. I need the arrow to be always visible. Take a look a my capture to see what I mean.

    I made sure that the option ‘Hide prev/next buttons’ is not enabled. (capture attached).

    How can I fix this?

    I attached admin credentials to my site

    Hello,

    You are not using the latest version of the Theme and Recommended plugins. Please update the theme and Recommended plugins to the latest versions then check back.

    I recreated the banner. The issue persist.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.

    If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Done. Theme set to parent and disabled all plugins.
    The issue persist, please check and tell me how to fix this issue.

    Hello,

    Sorry but the issue is not fixed. I need the image to cover the 100% of the width of the page.
    The navigation arrows should be alway visible OVER the image.
    Take a look at the captures please.

    Hello,

    The issue was caused by the Elementor stretch section option.

    You can try using images of exact width or try using the xtemos default stretch section option.
