Asking for modifying gap between header and title

Sorry for asking this very beginners.. question

Which css file and lines should I change for decreasing this gap??

I like the gap with sliders photo but not with black box title one (too much)

Thank you for your question.

We see that you have created your page with Visual Composer. So, in this case, you are able easily to compensate this header margin by adding negative margin top for the first row on the page. Just edit your page in admin panel, edit your first row -> Design tab and set -40px for example for the top margin.
