many customers told me about the same problem when they going to purchase a products. they fill the fields by auto-fill which the phone suggests. so they complete all the fields but when they press purchase. the theme tell him that the fields not completed.
is there any code to disable this filling option ?
Sorry to say but the Auto-Fill feature that the Phone suggests isn’t a Theme-end one and not specifically offered by the Theme. So, we can’t say much about that.
But if there is something at the Theme end that is causing issues on your Site then you can mention that so that we can look after that.

I think the theme causing the problem. The problem is when the user fill the fields by auto-fill, the website doesn’t read these fields as filled, but missing. So the costumers think there is a problem with the website and not completing purchase.
Sorry but we have visited your Site in real time Mobile view and in that > opened a random Product > selected the option in it > and added to cart > but didn’t face any issues in it.
If we misunderstood this, then kindly please share the exact Product URL with the issue and also once check your concern with the default WP Theme activated too to be sure about the issue.
