Autoplay no longer works in your Information Box Carousel element (Elementor)

Hi,

There’s been a recent improvement of how elementor carousels work on touch devices that made it less clunky, but introduced a horizontal scroll bar. I’m not sure if this was an Elementor update or part of the theme update.

1. Can you please confirm if this improvement was in the theme update or the Elementor plugin?

Since the update, our Information Box Carousel no longer auto-plays on touch devices (it still works on mobile emulators).
You can see here screen recordings of it working with the older versions of the theme and Elementor plugin (2-autoplay-works-ok.MP4), a second recording of it not auto-playing after both were updated (1-autoplay-not-working-post-update.MP4), and a third of the post-update version being manually scrolled and showing that horizontal scroll bar (3-manual-scroll-post-update.MP4):

2. Is this a known bug?

Hello,

It looks like you have enabled Disable OWL Carousel script on mobile devices option in Theme Settings -> Performance -> JS. Try to turn it off and test how it works https://gyazo.com/9398a2e2e90b90dca8ccfa30c2e3c839
