Back button issue

please check the video I am sending you. When I am trying to copy the sku of a product inside a single product page, the back button of the browser does not work. We have tested from four different pcs and the same happens. Could you please check?

If you mean this button https://prnt.sc/rkcal1 deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

The urls I have sent to you are two sorry for placing them without space, the first one is a video and the second is the product url. Probably this is a conflict, that affects the browser back button. Your theme seems to be incompatible with a plugin called WooCommerce Variation Swatches PRO.

The fact is that we have tried the theme’s functionality, but we need to have change of color on hover, both on shop page and inside single product page which is not supported by the theme. Do you have any suggestion from your side how we could make it work?

No, we do not have a quick solution, unfortunately. Such modification is not covered by our support.

If you have a problem with the back button in the browser, check how it works on the Storefront theme as our theme hardly ever influences that.

Ok just a last question, could we cancel the function of the template for variation swatches so that we could use the plugin without conflict?

You need to disable swatches in the attributes https://prnt.sc/rko2s6 and remove the color and images, in the result the attributes would be displayed by default.
