backend dashboard is very show

my dashboard is very slow and i need to refresh multiple times for it to load page..
I have a VPS with 4 core and 10 gb ram so i dont think its hosting issue.

is it possible for you to check and let me know whats the issue please

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if is it our theme issue or not?
