background categories menu

Hi, how can i change image in categories menu ? Because i cant find where is the demo background image.I went to ROW settings design options background image upload my image but I still see the demo background image Which size is the best for the background image ?

Please navigate to the Appearance > Menu > select the category menu, used in Browse categories and remove the image https://gyazo.com/07b35c5854220d15573f551b67b183e5
