background color of the 'topbar-wrap'

    I can not change the topbar-wrap background color by basel child css nor custom CSS.

    The color is defined in dynamic-css that does not let my changes be implemented.

    Hello,

    Please navigate to Theme Settings > Header > Top Bar > http://prntscr.com/jiy82l

    Also, check if you have activated Header Banner in Theme Settings > Shop, this banner appears in the top of the page, next goes top banner.
