Background colors and images don't work on rows

Hello.

If you visit https://melaplanet.com you will notice that on the Arabic version of the homepage the background images on the rows are missing.
Also missing are the background colors.

If you visit the English copy https://15sar.com/ everything works fine.

Any suggestions?

What plugin for translation do you use? Please refer to the plugin documentation or contact the plugin support. The reason is the incorrect translation and our theme does not influence that.

it Not related to translation, but with plugin WPbakery i think
…also if its from the WPML Why coloing of the rows not appear ???

Our theme is 100% compatible with WPML, however, this issue relate to WPML – WP bakery page builder.

Please create a testing page with the images and rows backgrounds, give me URL and site admin access to the private area, I will check on my side as well.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, create translation once more and check, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for me to check. Please make the full backup of your site and update the theme and related plugins.

This is the fix. WPML staff feel free to edit the responses as requires for users to find the solution in a much quicker fashion.

Issue: wb baker page builder not updating background rows or css related to ‘rows’ directly.

The fix: set the wpb_shortcodes_css to DO NOT TRANSLATE. Instead of the COPY that’s likely inherited from the plugin.

Hello,

I have deactivated all the plugins and switched on the parent theme, I have created a test page with a background and simple image. Everything works as you can see.

Now activate the plugins one by one checking which one causes the problem and finally switch to the child theme.
