Background scrolling

Look at the video.I mean I want to prevent background scrolling when the popup is opened.

Our theme uses Magnigic Popup JS library for popups on the site and it is how it works on tablet devices. You can test on their demo website also http://dimsemenov.com/plugins/magnific-popup/

The problem is more visible on lower res devices.Why can we make the background fixed using CSS and let only the popup to move up or down?It’s more logical and less irritating to the end users.

As we said, we can’t do this since it is a way plugin works. We don’t know why it doesn’t fix the popup on small devices but it the way it works and we are not able to change this behavior.
