Banner hides on tablets

I made a banner page from woodmarts themplates. The first promo banner dissapears on tablets and phones. I can not find the setting to take that away, in this case I want the banner to be visible on all devices.

Please make sure that you haven’t set the promo banner column hidden for the mobile and tablet devices from the column options.
