Banner on category and products pages missing

    I cannot get the Banner at the top to show on the Category and Product Pages. It could have something to do that I did delete the Page templates i think ….added back the category page but really not sure what I am doing here.

    You need to create HTML Blocks and add it to the category description area.

    Why does the “Image for the category page title” not work as it is suppose to and place an image at the top of the category page?? Why do I have to create an HTML block? I wish to have the text below the product items and the banner at the top.

    Hello,

    It works fine. You asked for the category banner but in your screenshot this is the image for category heading.

    You can use it if you want to change the page title image for the category.

    Thank you for your reply….the issue is I have placed an image into the page title but it does not show.
