BANNER under categories menu

Dear sir
Is possible to have always a text or banner under the categories menu in the top.
I use an element in the shop page and its ok, but if you click in a category there is not

Hi,

On the shop page, the text added to this page as a content is displayed. If you want to show the same on categories pages, you need to add it to categories description fields while editing them in Dashboard -> Products -> Categories.

Sorry, what do you mean? If you want to place an image HTML code to the category description so you can do this easily while editing them in Dashboard.

I dont want that
