Base import AJAX ERROR

    Error occurred when base import. AJAX Error!
    I tried for another server and OS, but it continues to fail.
    I tried CentOS7, CentOS8, Ubuntu16.04, Ubuntu 18.04 and so on.
    It never succeeded.
    I need your help.

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

    Yes, we are able to log in now. Please, update the theme to the latest version 5.3.3 and then we will import the dummy content for you.

    I updated my Woodmart theme to version 5.3.3.
    Would you like to help me with importing base data?
    And if you succeeded import base data, please tell me why there has been import ajax error so far.

    Please, enable WP DEBUG in the wp-config.php file. Also, provide us a correct FTP since we can’t access your server now http://prntscr.com/vh8a60

    I just checked your screenshot.
    You are accessing Port 21,
    I can access FTP using Port 22.
    I also use FileZilla.

    And I set WP_DEBUG as true in wp-config.php

    The problem with Safe SVG plugin. It seems to be not compatible with your hostin server. We disabled it and imported the dummy content for you.

    It may cause some other errors on your website. You can contact your hosting provider and ask why this plugin throws an error like this PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function simplexml_load_file() in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/safe-svg/safe-svg.php:424
