Base Import AJAX Problem

I recently bougth the Woodmart Theme for WordPress. I was following you instruction documentation but when i try to install the Base Import Demo Date i get the following message “Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact our theme support for help.” so i search in your forum for a solution but i cant find one. I set the required server parameters: memory_limit 128M, post_max_size 64M, upload_max_filesize 64M but still not working. Please help me on this.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

Please make a fresh install by reinstalling WordPress and then make all the necessary requirements as mentioned in our documentation.

Then install the theme and the recommended plugins then tell me we will import the demo for you.
