Basel menu options

Hi there,

As you can see in the screenshot, it seems I don’t have access anymore to the options you used to display for the menu.
I’d like to add “new” labels and fontawesome icons to some of the titles.

How do I activate these options please ?

PS : I work on local server at the moment.

First of all, you need to save a menu item, If you have done that and custom fields do not appear read and follow the suggestions provided here: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/menu-doesnt-save-custom-fields/

Unfortunately, it provoked an internal error. I had to restore my .htaccess file.

Ok I got a real problem here and I’m wondering if it’s not since you accessed something in back-office or added a fil via ftp.

There’s a mysterious “123” line at the top of each new window in back-office : dashboard or row options in WPBakery.
I can’t access to the medias, and can’t create WPBakery models anymore… I’m not sur what else is broken…

Could you explain me what you tried ?
The menu issue is still up by the way.

You need to disable and delete the plugins which are no more needed in this theme version. https://prnt.sc/ph3wlx

Next, the problem has been caused by the WP Multilang plugin. You need to deactivate it, then you need to configure the menu, and, as soon as you finish the menu, enable the plugin. Each time, you need to create or edit menu, disable this plugin.

We have not changed anything on your site we have just checked. We disabled plugins and then enabled again.

Sorry I supposed that you misconfigured something. I never had to send my ftp ID’s before and I got weird issues just after I sent you them :/

I deactivated and suppressed Redux Framework and CMB2 plugins. I deactivated Multilang, changed the menu, and reactivated it. All went fine.
