Basel Post Type Plugin

I have the Basel Theme installed and the following notification is coming up:

“You just installed the latest version of the Basel theme. To finish the installation and enable all theme’s function or if you see any problems with your WPBakery elements displayed as shortcodes you need to install the latest version of the Basel Post Type plugin too. Go to Appearance -> Install plugins and click on “Install” or “Update” button.”

When I click on the link I get this message:

“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I installed the plugin manually from the theme files:
Basel Theme > Basel > inc plugins > basel-post-types zip folder

And I get the message:

“This plugin is already installed.”
“Plugin name XTEMOS Post Types plugin”

However, the original notice is still showing.

Can you clarify what is going on here?

Please clear the cache of the site and check again, when you install and activate all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins, this tab “Install plugins” disappears.
