Basel Post Type plugin

Good afternoon, I am receiving this notification, but when I click to install the pugin I do not have access to the site

To finish the installation and enable all theme’s function or if you see any problems with your WPBakery elements displayed as shortcodes you need to install the latest version of the Basel Post Type plugin too. Go to Appearance -> Install plugins and click on “Install” or “Update” button.”

I’ve been using the theme since Jan 27, 2020.
You don’t have this option to install the initial plugins, just ask to install, but I don’t have access to the page

I have deactivated XTEMOS Post Types plugin for testing, Install plugin tab has appeared: https://prnt.sc/vqdqor

I have entered and activated the plugin again. https://prnt.sc/vqdr51

I have found no problems.
