Basel Settings Problem – Unfortunately you are not allowed to access this page

Dear Support,

I purchased the very nice Basel Theme. The installation was problematic but it worked. Now the problem is, when I call the Basel Theme Settings in WordPress Backend do I get this page error: “Unfortunately you are not allowed to access this page.”

The License is already” activatet.

Please urgently for help!

Please navigate to the Appearance > Install plugins > install and activate all and try again.
