Basel theme installation

Could you please also disable all plugins that not come with our theme? We are still looking for solution but can’t see any problems in our theme that may cause this.

i disabled all plugins just leave theme plugins and the problem still here

i want to be free in testing don’t worry i have several Snapshots if anything happen i can go to the snapshot with one click

We have been looking for the reason for a few hours but still without any results. Something wrong with touch events on android devices but we can’t detect the actual reason since there is no such problems on any other sites with our theme including our demo. Is there a chance that it is caused by some of your additional customization? Could you try to make a backup and upload our theme original files to see this?

it was one of the most baddest errors i have seen
but finally fixed and the problem was in css file ( style.min.css )
