Basel theme not working on WordPress site with latest PHP

I purchased basel theme but it is not working with PHP 8.3. It is working upto 7.3 only. Please help me or refund my money

When I upgrade to PHP 8.3 my website stops working then, the message is that the theme not working. I have to downgrade it to PHP 7.3 or 7.4 only then website goes live.

Hello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access so we can check it? Also, update the PHP to version 8.3.
