Basel Theme – Problem with update

Hello everyone,
I am writing to ask for support with a Basel theme update issue.
The current version of the theme is 3.2.0 and I have not been receiving notifications about updates for a long time.
I would like my theme to be regularly updated and continue to receive update notices.

How can I solve the problem?

Thank you for contacting us.

Firstly, you need to download the latest version of the theme and update it following our tutorial https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/4-x-5-0-migration-guide/
Note that since you have a very old version of the theme, your Theme Settings might be lost after the update and you will need to reconfigure them from scratch.

Hi, and thanks for the quick response.

So you’re telling me that once it’s reinstalled, it will just be a matter of resetting the configurations from that same section of the backend, right?
The site was configured almost entirely from the Theme settings section, without any intervention on PHP.
