Basel update is missing the style.css stylesheet and couldn't be installed

Hi There,
I received the following message in an email from Themeforest:

We’d like to let you know that an update to your item Basel – Responsive eCommerce Theme by xtemos is now available in your Downloads page.

So I downloaded the ZIP file and tried to install it into our WooCommerce site.
However, I received the following message and the installation failed:

Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.
*******************
Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?
