Better Search Results?

Hey

Is there a way to improve the search function of this theme? What I’m trying to accomplish is bringing up a related product by a search term that is not in the title or on the product page but in the tags or something similar. I dont want these search terms on the product page I want to enter them in the backend like tags so when a user searches for these the products pop up.

I tried entering tags already but the search still wont bring them up, im guessing the default search doesnt search product tags. Is there anyway to do this?

The search mechanism is provided by WooCommerce and WordPress and doesn’t depend on our theme. Sorry, but we can’t modernize it in our theme scope.

Do you guys know of any better search plugins that work good like that?

Personally, we didn’t test plugins for this purpose so we don’t have any suggestions for you.
