Billing Address Fields

Where can I edit the billing address field on the user page > Address?
because the info is not working automatically well on the checkout page

The user can edit the Addresses in My Account page when logged in. https://prnt.sc/t4vaxx

Besides, a user is edited by Admin in Dashboard > Users. The user should have a custom role.
