Blank Vertical Spacing Issue with WoodMart Image Carousel

I’m experiencing an issue with the image carousel on my WordPress website using the WoodMart theme. In two sections of my homepage, the carousel appears blank, leaving long vertical spaces. Before conducting a review of carousel settings, I wanted to seek your advice on how best to troubleshoot and resolve this problem. The issue is showing on every browser. It is due to your product categories. In some products there are a lot of categories and some products the categories are less then, that is why it is taking some space. You need to configure the products categories in the products.
