Blog excerpt not changing

Hello. I can’t seem to find where to edit the excerpt in the blog post in the Basel theme. Please see attached screenshot. How do I change this area?

You need to enter the post and find this field scrolling down if you do not find it, check Screen options in the right top corner and enable showing the excerpt.
