How can I add filter by tag in the blog page, currently it’s available in the blog post page but not in the blog page

Sorry to say but right now there isn’t a direct option available to add Tags on the Blogs Archive page. So, you can use Widget in the Sidebar on that page to show the Post Tags.

For that you can go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > there you can use the widget Tag Cloud like it is shown in the following image: https://snipboard.io/TMqBWJ.jpg
