    Hi,

when I\’m using my blog, I can\’t click on the menu, and the link suffix shows as \’#\’. But all my menu items have links. Can you help me fix this issue? The same thing happens on mobile as well.

    Thank you,

    Hello,

It looks like that menu is related to the Sticky navigation. Make sure that sticky nav is enabled in Theme Settings -> General: https://prnt.sc/n4qDJAFIe2cW

    Kind Regards

Thank you for getting back to me. The issue is resolved on the web version, but it persists on my mobile device.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

    Kind Regards

Ok, please take a look at the following information. Also, could you help me check why my slide fonts are not showing up? They used to work fine before, but today they suddenly stopped working.

    Hello,

    1. Here is a video from a mobile device, try to clear the mobile cache and recheck the issue – https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/HLEY3vBZU

    2. On my side it looks like it works well – https://take.ms/5XdyY, https://prnt.sc/6czs2XpoU0gy but also remove the defined font in Elementor itself – https://prnt.sc/nM84jpb9vH5i , https://prnt.sc/rd1JYEQloF1e

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

It seems there may have been a misunderstanding. The issue is that the menu is not clickable on the blog page, although everything else is working as expected. Regarding the font, I have added it in the background, and you should be able to see it in the slides, but it’s not displaying correctly on the front-end.

    Thank you,

    Hello,

    1. Here are 2 videos:

    1) Mobile simulator in browser: https://monosnap.com/file/i5n3HmVfcaLyW8sgUiM0vm1aaGfPvM
    2) Real mobile device: https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/58DX74T

The issue is in the cache, so clear the browser cache properly to fix that issue.

    2. Fonts:

    1) Video from Desktop – https://take.ms/NPmHQ, as you can see it works well now.
    2) Screenshot from mobile – https://take.ms/BDodY

Let me know if I missed something.

    Kind Regards
