1) We need to remove the header background image for Blog page & keep the Page Title there. We tried changing the page title settings of blog page.
2) Is there a way to avoid the date mark which comes with each post and make it display just after author details.
How can I make this possible ?

You can configure the Blog page in the Theme Settings > Blog.

The title of the Blog page is configured in the page setting. Please check this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/options-for-pages/

I have tried using the mentioned page title manual. I need to remove the header background image of the blog page and add a custom heading to the page. How can i make this possible ?

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check the issue.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
