    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, switch to the parent theme temporarily.

    The problem occurs after switching to child theme.

    It means that you have some custom PHP code in the child theme that causes the error. You need to revise your code and fix or remove the problem part.
