If you want to import the whole site demo then Go to Woodmart > import the pre built website.

If you want to import the blog element Go to Woodmart > Pre built Websites > Additional page import the blog element.

Go to Appearance > Widgets > Check the main widget area and remove the woodmart instagram widget.

Go to Theme Settings > Blog > single Post > disable the option share buttons.
