Border around whole website

I would like to know if I can create a white border around the whole website about 15px left and right so the full screen images do not touch the sides. I am trying to achieve a different type of look and feel. Kindly advise if its possible. See attached screenshot of what I am trying

You need to set Boxed background in the Theme Settings > General layout. Then set the colors in the Theme Settings > Styles and colors.
