Bottom menu color not change

Although I made the logo size 1px in the menu, the space there was not gone. How can I make the transparent area there black?

Your issue is not clear enough. Do you want not to show the logo in the header?

The logo protruded from the black space. Even if I apply logo size reduction, there is a gap there. I want the transparent area there, the area up to the line to be black.
