    I want to change the brand logos but I cannot find where to do it, I have searched everywhere but I can’t find where to do it please can you help me to find where this change can be made?? I have attached a screenshot of the brand’s section where I want to change.

    I have also been having a problem with the enlarge image function on the product page, sometimes when I click on enlarge image sometimes instead of the image being enlarged this function closes the web page I mean the tab of the browser, This has happened many times, maybe you have any suggestion of how to solve this? I also attach a screenshot of the function that is causing the problem.

    I also want to mention that I have installed the last Woodmart update but I cannot apply the patch don’t know why here I attach a screenshot of the error I’m getting when I try to apply the patch. hope you can help me to know what to do with three issues.

    Hello,

    1. Enable the “Show brand on the single product page” option in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Brands: https://prnt.sc/bS8ppLgdgCHG

    2. Please send me a video with the enlarge button issue for a better understanding.

    3. That issue with the applying patch was fixed so please try to import it again.

    Hi Sorry for the late response, I’ll attach the video of the issue with the enlarge image button, I have another question, I noticed that there is a new update for the theme but for some reason, I cannot install it can you help me with this, please??

    I tried to attach the video but the system won’t allow me to send it because of the size, can you send me an email where I can send the video?

    Of course, I’m so sorry I forgot to provide that info, additionally, I would like to ask you a favor please, I am in the process of testing the page but I am having a problem accessing the account as a client… I mean I have made the process that any client would need to follow to create an account and log in, but the login process is not working, I’m not sure what the problem is, I always get the error “invalid access data” I am sure that the login email is correct and I have reset the password many times so I’m pretty sure it is correct but it is still not working.. is there any special configuration in Woodmart theme that need to be set for this to work?? please could you also review this problem?

    Hello,

    I have the “Invalid access data.” message when I try to log in: https://prnt.sc/8gihZXAP1EUr . In general, the registration/login/account functionalities are not related to the theme so I cannot tell you some configuration (most likely, exactly this issue https://prnt.sc/8gihZXAP1EUr is related to WordPress). For now, I suggest you try to disable all plugins except these ones:

    Elementor or WPBackary
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
    Enable the Parent theme

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know the results.
