brand in before footer

when i click in any brand in a before footer like Apple it send me to page which is not display any products ?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

i can’t deactivate the plugin because the website is live now

how i can arrive to filter brand attributed which in url or how i can change url when i click in to brand like apple to replace filter attribute with the category product
